The steps of using the pipeline air spring
1. Before use: first connect the pipeline air spring with the
inflatable equipment accessories, and do a leak test. Put the
inflated pipeline air spring into a basin filled with water and
hold it down. It is the same as testing the air leakage of a
bicycle belt to see if there are any air bubbles. If there are no
air bubbles, it can be used. If there are air bubbles, there is an
air leak. The phenomenon needs to be repaired.
2. When using: Put the pipeline air spring into the pipeline
completely. If it is necessary for personnel to go down and operate
it, be sure to install the flange to ensure the safety of the
personnel. Use pipes, pressure gauges, air pumps and other
inflation tools at the end of the gas nozzle of the pipeline air
spring Connect well, and then inflate according to the scale on the
pressure gauge. When inflating, if the pipeline air spring expands
to one side, the air pressure cannot be pumped up. If you continue
to inflate at this time, the airbag will explode. At this time, it
is necessary to check whether the silt in the pipeline is cleaned
up. The inner wall must be flat and there should be no burrs,
otherwise the airbag will be punctured.
3. After use: Open the valve of the pipeline air spring, slowly
deflate it, and then pull out the pipeline air spring vertically.
Be careful not to puncture the pipeline air spring by nearby
things, which will affect the next use.
The air spring is filled with compressed air in a sealed container,
and uses the compressibility of the gas to achieve its elastic
effect.
