Suzhou SIP Stard Automation Co., Ltd. is specialized in design,
manufacturing, and sales of various gear operators. Established
since 1999, the company has a registered capital of RMB 10.8
million and is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, an estate known
for rapid economic development and favorable environment where all
kinds of transport means converge and all necessary supportive and
coordinative facilities are set up in place. Stard Automation
boasts a total floor space of 13,000m2 and manufactures over 100,000 gear operators in various models
each year.
In the process of development, Stard Automation has constantly
drawn on advanced experience at home and abroad to make continuous

Stard Automation currently offers 9 major product series in more
than 60 models, with the torque ranging from 170Nm to 250,000Nm and
the main material optional in HT250QT450WCBYL113 aluminum die-cast
alloys304 and 316 stainless steels, which make them possible to
match various requirements and working conditions. Gear operators
of all series are designed and tested as per the requirements of
JB/T 8531-2013 “Specifications for Valve Manual Actuators”, and all
flange interfaces are designed and manufactured to ISO 5211/ISO

Gear operators are presented with IP 67 graded protection and
optional with IP 68. They can match with a number of valves used in
oil and gas pipelines, underground pipeline networks, and chemical,
hydro-electric generation, thermal power generation, and shipping
industries, including the butterfly valve, ball valve, plug valve,
blast gate, globe valve, and gate valve that rotate 90° or 360°.
