Description:
Processing requirements:
1 the valve should be forging molding.
2. The valve body and valve parts surface shall not have cracks,
crease, inclusion, not filled with
loss of valve performance defects. On the hand wheel should not
have sharp edges.
3. All parts of the valve must be treated before the assembly. The
valve in the assembly, testing and acceptance of the process are
not contaminated with oil.
Performance requirements:
Temperature resistance, under the nominal pressure, the use of the
area of the valve temperature is divided into: general area of
-20~60 degrees Celsius. In the allowable temperature range, should
not leak.
Pressure resistance, in 1.6 times the nominal pressure line, the
valve should be no leakage and other anomalies.
Durability, under the nominal pressure, the valve structure for the
diaphragm structure, the whole trip open and close 1000 times, the
other structure of the valve full stroke open and close 4000 times,
there should be no leakage and other anomalies.
Safety device action, the safety device should be in the range of
1.2-1.5 times the nominal pressure action.
