1. This machine is made of three layers stainless steel, and is equiped with cold
and hot circulating water pump, impeller, stirring motor, constant
temperature
control system, and the gear paste conveyor pump and double jacket cold-hot water circulating stainless steel pipe .
2. This machine is composed of three layers jacket, which is one more than the other
manufacturer of two layers. The first layer is for contacting
chocolate, the second layer is
for cold-hot water circulating constant temperature, and the third layer is special Al2SIO3 thermal insulation cotton layer.

2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
