Padding |
Sponge covered with PVC.

Frame |
All frames are constructed from galvanized steel pipe with a 114 mm
diameter and 3.0 mm thickness of the posts. The posts are covered
with soft padding by plastic zipper.

Net |
The safety net is made of Nylon. The net for the rope area is made
of wire rope of shipping and fishery, which with a diameter of 16
mm and steel wire inside.

Deck, Step platform, Stair |
All these parts are made of wood, sponge, PVC. We use High-pressure
pine wood, covered with sponge which makes the parts soft. The
outside surface are covered by PVC leather with different colors,
it’s attractive and easy to clean. The total thickness of the deck
is 6.5 cm.

Hardware |
Used for assembly shall be 304 stainless steel and galvanized, zinc
coating 0.2 mm thickness.

Plastic Component |
Rotational molding from Linear Low-Density Polyethy -lene (LLDPE),
with color molded in. The Aluminum mold makes the plastic parts
more durable, planed.

The choice of materials for each playground components is based on
a set of rules that implicates:
1. Mechanical demands such as strength, elasticity, impact and wear
resistance.
2. Physical demands such as climatic strength (moisture, rot,
ozone, UV radiation, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations),
colourability and manufacturability.
3. Environmental demands such as recycling potential - meaning
parts that have no critical contents, e.g. heavy metal based UV
stabilizers, and no PVC.
4. Visual demands such as surface texture, range of gloss, lowest possible degree of fading under exposure of sunlight
within the frames of the environment standards (3), no major color
changes due to wear maintenance (colored-through materials).
5. High consideration to the users with regard to resilience and
textures of surfaces, heat conduction, rounding of edges, etc.
