The principle of cold catalyst
The cold catalyst can decompose H2O to create many strong oxidizing
groups slowly in normal environment, not like the photocatalyst,
the cold catalyst no need UV light, so it`s a enhanced version. But
the process is very slow and weak, not have a good function unless
there are large area of cold catalyst.
Most of the photocatalyst filters are applied under UV light, with
the function of UV light. The photocatalyst can accelerate the
process of decomposing H2O and create more strong oxidant
particles.
