Cleanroom Terminal Air Diffusers Customized Size for Operating Room

The XNGK terminal air diffusers be provided with HEPA filter efficiency H13 or H14 EN:1822. Mini pleated HEPA filter design make full use of the limited space, large air flow rate ensure low resistance and high air flow rate. Glass fiber was made by HV company with good performance and large dust holing ability.

The frame is cold roll steel painted white color, very easily to get clean and delicate appearance. Stainless steel or galvanized steel frame also available. The frame was sealed by welded, and the seam between welded frame is covered by sealant glue to prevent any leakage.

Butterfly damper inside the frame in position of air inlet to adjust the air volume. The butterfly damper can be adjusted in the roomside. The design can make it very convenient to adjust the air flow rate for cleanroom.

The terminal air diffuser been installed on the T-bar ceiling grid to inside the wall. Standard size is 10inch, 12inch, and 14inch, customized size for different requirements is also available.
