Introductions:

1. Cleanroom HEPA Box is specially designed for Class 1000 level, this equipment consist of HEPA filter and the box housing with hold the HEPA filter media and the same time control air flow. There are perforated panel air outlet to control the air flow direction and damper to control air flow rate.

2. Frame is painted cold roll steel or stainless 201 304 steel to meet different requirements. Painted steel is elegant and very easily to clean, stainless steel 201 or 304 can be used in high moist, strong acid and alkali environment.

3. Efficiency is H13 or H14, glass fiber media, HV company. High dust holding ability and lower resistance to ensure the performance of HEPA box.

4. Sealant, for disposable HEPA box, we using neoprene gasket;

5. For replaceable HEPA box, it`s H14 HEPA filter with gel seal, aluminum alloy frame.
