Features:

1. Closed construction, the disposable ceiling module is a whole closed design, every product will be tested before leave the factory that there is no leakage from air inlet side to outlet side. The end cover between side frame is sealed by polyurethane and glass cement to prevent leakage.

• Small size, the disposable ceiling module is relatively smaller than fan filter unit, the thickness is thinner, and lighter. Frame is made of aluminum alloy, elegant appearance and very easily to transport as well as installation.
• The disposable ceiling module is fireproof to UL B1 standard.
• Heat insulation, to make sure the ventilation air keep temperature, there are 10mm thickness heat insulation layer covering on the frame.
• Air inlet connection size 350mm, 300mm, 250mm adjustable, customized connection also available.

How to install the disposable ceiling module ?

• The disposable ceiling module can be installed on the ceiling grid or color plate gird.
• To increase the service life of ceiling module, before installation, the cleanroom should be cleaned by airflow for a long time blow until the cleanliness level is workable. This process can remove large dust particles in ventilation tunnel, room and so on.
• To increase the service life, at least F8 efficiency medium filter such as multiply pocket filter and v bank filter is required.
