Specifications for high volume HEPA filters;

1. Stainless steel, galvanized steel, AL board, plastic frame, rigid box design, V cell mini pleated EHPA filter; Double or triple air flow rate more than same size HEPA filter with separator;
2. Superfine glass fiber filter media, HV company glass fiber also available; Mini pleated filter media offer large air filter area, high air flow rate, large dust holding capacity, low pressure drop;
3. Construction design: box, flange, double flange; 3V, 4V, 5V, 6V available;
4. Standard size: 610*610*292 mm, 310*610*292 mm, 595*595*292 mm, 287*595*292 mm; other size can be customized;
5. Filter efficiency range: F6 – F9 EN:779; H10 – H14 EN:1822;
6. Sealant: polyurethane around the perimeter;
7. Gasket: dove detailed neoprene, air inlet or outlet side, both side also OK; gasket thickness 5mm;
8. Separator in mini pleated filter pack are hot-melt that anti bacterial and anti mold;
