Cleanroom ULPA Air Filter was a very strict product for filtering the fine dust size 0.12um with 99.999% efficiency. The ULPA filter using super fine glass fiber made from HV company. The glass fiber efficiency is U15.

ULPA Filter design:

• Aluminum alloy frame, all the ULPA filter pack be installed in the frame slot and sealed with polyurethane glue totally 4 direction, up, down, right and left side. The polyurethane glue connecting with filter media perfectly so there is no any seam for leakage. Aluminum alloy frame is very strong it won`t be bend and destroyed easily no matter for transportation or installation.
• Mini pleated filter pack; the mini pleated design can maximize the filter area in limited space. Not like the deep pleated filter, the mini pleated ULPA filter with less distance between to folds, and it`s separated by hot-melt, it can stand the filter media in right position.
• Double side coated metal mesh; in order to protect the ULPA filter media from being scratched when installing the filters, filter media are covered by coated metal mesh. The coated metal mesh won`t be rust for long time usage, can be used in high moist and high alkali or acid environment.

4. Dove tailed neoprene gasket. The gasket thickness is 3-5mm, when installing the ULPA filters, pressing the gasket it will be air tight between frame with the filter hold housing.
