2. The fallen wire system is controlled by stepping motor instead of putting wefts wires by manual work, increasing productivity.
3. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to control cabinet by touch screen, any mesh opening can be reach. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range.
4. The length of mesh can be adjustable in the control cabinet. Such as you need produce length of mesh 50m in roll. mesh size 10*10cm. So input quantity of mesh opening 50 into the control cabinet by touch screen.The machine will produce length of mesh 50m in roll.
5. This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which gearless adjusted, enlarging the welding range.
7, Welding transformer:160KVA*4(24 welding heads) ——every 6 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
8, Wire feeding way:The line wires from coil wire. and cross wires should be pre-straighten and pre-cut.

9, Material: Suitable for low carbon iron wire,black annealed wire, cold galvanized wire, hot galvanized wire.
