MUDAN owns three minibus assembling lines, one new energy
production line and one chassis assembling line (6~8 meters).
Production equipment of MUDAN is of of leading level in the
country, all critical production positions are fully mechanical and
semi-automatic: Stamping by punching machine with original imported
pricised mold; welding by CO2 shield welder and hang spot welding
machine; assembling table moved by floor chains and roof hand
transport system. Painting with anti-corrosion treatment( Cathodic
electrophoresis). Its annual production capacity is around 10,000
units for one shift. With strong flexibility, MUDAN can arrange
large batch production or small and multi-variety production
accroding to order.Which meets the individual needs of bus market
