Rubber Disc Swing Check Valve can be installed in water supply system or pumps' outlet to prevent the fluid back. Valve disc is carbon steel coated with rubber (EPDM or NBR), there is no tendency for the seating surfaces of rubber disc swing check valve to gall or score, because the disc meets the oblique seat with rubber contact upon closing, so valve life will be greatly extended, and reduce noise.

Rubber disc swing check valves are used to prevent reversal of flow in horizontal or vertical pipe lines. In vertical lines, or for any angle from horizonal to vertical , they can be used for upward flow only.
