In house production in each process from printing till finished products. Our production processes are as below.

1. Adjust the artworks designed by customer to fit our moulds.

2. Printing after confirmation of our adjusted proofs. We could arrange both flexo printing for order quantity over 100,000pcs and offset printing for small orders with MOQ of 30,000pcs.

3. Die cuting.

4. Cup forming. We have on line inspection machines to check the appearance of the cups automatically
5. Off line inspection. Our QC with experience of over 10 years to check the quality of cups regularly.

6. Packaging and delivery.

Features:

1. Use 100% OBA free paper with FSC or PEFC certificate, paper grammage from 230g to 330g for 16oz double wall cup.
2. More Resistance from Heat compared to Single Wall Cups
3. Glossy printing result. We use clay coated paper for outsleeves, the printing result is excellent with smooth surface of paper, which enable customers to improve their brand image.
4. Certification: FDA, FSC, ISO, GMC etc. Meet Europe standards.
5. Strict quality control. The leakage rate less than 0.3%

30%DEPOSIT. 70% T /T at sight before shipment

Delivery:
3 to 4 weeks after confirmation of samples and receiving deposit.
