Before the leading wheel assembly and tail wheel assembly use the
groove type sprocket wheel assembly (precision die forging),
material of QT500-7, sprocket quenching heat treatment hardness
greater than 500 HV, service time not less than two years, the
sprocket with wear resistance, long service time, not to drop chain
don't clip chain, good guidance and high reliability etc. Bearing
built-in structure, stainless steel bolt is fixed on both ends of
the leading wheel assembly, disassembly and maintenance is
convenient.
The overhaul process of the leading wheel:
1, Loosen the idler pulley seat connection bolt, hanging out of the
top roller;
2, Remove the leading wheel, abrasion of inspection;
3, Remove the leading wheel on both sides of the bearing, the
bearing to be removed, clear the check, replace the damaged
bearing, seal ring;
4, Examine the shaft;
5, Cleaning parts, in the opposite order before the idler pulley
assembly;
6, Back to the former guide wheel and the wheel seat;
The tail wheel overhaul process:
1, Remove the shield tail wheel;
2, Remove the outside shell proximity switch and set close to
switch, loosen the idler pulley bridge connecting bolt;
3, Hanging out of the tail wheel;
4, Remove the tail wheel, check the wear condition;
5, Remove the tail wheel on both sides of the bearing, the bearing
to be removed, clear the check, replace the damaged bearing, seal
ring;
6, Shaft cleaning check;
7, Cleaning parts, in the opposite order tail wheel assembly;
8, Back to the tail wheel and the wheel seat;
