Inspection Content
1) Size inspection: check whether the shape and size of the casting meet the requirements;
2) Visual inspection: check whether the casting has casting defects;
3) Physical and chemical testing: check the chemical composition of the casting, metallographic structure, whether the mechanical properties meet the requirements;
4) Pressure test: check the compactness of the casting, whether the casting leaks or leaks;
5) Internal quality inspection: such as magnetic particle inspection, X-ray, Y-ray detection, ultrasonic detection.
