I. Application
WS630 Copper wire take up machine is used to take up wire from
1.2mm to 4mm.
II. Main technical parameter
1. Applicable bobbin size 500mm--630mm
2. Applicable wire range 1.2mm-4.0mm
3. Motor AC22kw*1set, WanNan brand, with Inovance Inverter control
4. Outside cover is provided
5. All wire passing wheels are AL and ceramic coating treatment
6. Power transmission is by triangle belts
7. Pneumatic Disc break
8. Reduce motor 90W for wire traverse
9. With three Cylinders to pneumatically load and fix bobbin
10. With 2 limit switches to auto traverse
11. Spare parts for one year is provided with the machine
III. Lifting the machine, installation, adjustment
3-1.Lifting, there are four lifting rings to lift.
3-2.Installation, please check the external drawing and foundation
drawing of the machine, dig the ground, put the machine in
position, check the horizontal level, adjust the ground screws, put
concrete slurry, after dry and fix, check the horizontal level
again, then fix the machine by the ground screws.
3-3.Adjustment, clean all parts, check all the part no loose.
IV. Preparation before working
4-1.Check all parts lubrication conditions,
4-2.Check drawing lubrication oil, cooling water, steam, air
pressure.
4-3.After checking, connect to power, according to the Electrical
drawing, use foot switch, to make the machine operating in low
speed (under 4m/s), if no Abnormal, then can begin to work.

B: After-sale service
Our company for all machine product, since the shipment date, our
company free after sale maintenance service guarantee period is:
(1) 1 year for mechanical part.
(2) 6 month for electrical part.
Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take
responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees
accordingly to repair the machine.
A. Due to wrong operation while shipping.
B. Due to Buyer`s wrong preparation that may cause damage to the
machine.
C. Due to Buyer`s wrong operation that may cause damage to the
machine.
D. Not in the consuming part list.
E. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer
should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If
beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.
F. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning,
typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors
that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.
G. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts
and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.
