HXE-WF750 Intermediate copper wire take up machine
I. Main technical parameter
1. Applicable diameter 0.4mm-1.6mm
2. Motor AC 15kw, Speed 1200m/min, adjustable
3. Coiler basket size 750mm
4. Small electric cabinet, 1 set, to connect with the drawing
machine control system
5. Tension device required, if your drawing machine has Tension
device, then no need.
6. Traverse motor AC 1.5kw

8. Speed control by Inverter 15kw
9. Air compressor shall be needed during working
10. Basket changing system is equipped
11. Basket block device is equipped
11. All ladders and blockers (Yellow parts) (Screws to fix) will be
removed before shipping
12. The down half part of the Coiler will be removed before
shipping
13. Needs connection wires from the Coiler to the drawing machine
control system
II. Application
WF750 intermediate copper wire take up machine is used to take up
wire from 0.4mm-1.6mm.
III. Attention
3-1.If wire breaks, will stop automatically, and the Fault
Indicator light will open.
After connect the wire, press the Fault Reset button(Yellow button)
and the On button (Green button), to run the machine again.
3-2.Press Emergency Stop button(Red button) to shut down the
machine immediately.
After solve, press the button again to run the machine.
3-3.After set the Length-counter, the machine will stop
automatically when reach the length set.
After change the Spool, please press the Length Reset button(Yellow
button) and the Spool Reset button(Yellow button) to run the
machine again.
3-4.After the machine stop(no running at all), then switch the Pump
switch to stop the lubrication.
3-5.Do not touch the wire in the Annealing section.
3-6.After shut down the machine, need at least 30 seconds to
restart the machine.
3-7.Wire often breaks, adjust the speed, balance arm, check the
dies are clean or not.
3-8.If has scratch on the surface of the wire, check the capstans
on the Take-up part. Check the drawing capstans.
