1. Requirement of the workshop arrangement :

If there are lots of machine needed to be installed, please refer to the attachment the workshop arrangement plan to keep the equipment in order.

2. Installation of the machine:

The machine should be installed at clean, flat and well ventilated floor, cushion rubber should be rovided under the bed plate, please fix the machine on the floor by the founding bolt to prevent shake and move when the machine is running, also to prevent undesired stop. The machine use 380V three phase power supply, the three R.S.T.pillars inside the control box are provided for power connection, another pillar is for earth connection, please make sure it is connected.

3. Cooling and lubricating method of the drawing line & the usage of the lubricating liquid:

A switch type sprinkle is installed on top of the primary drum, it doesn't affect the operation, No.1 and No.22 hole has separate lubricating line. For convenient operation, the lubrication liquid enter the machine from left side through a ball valve. When more machine are using together, a oil pond should provide for central cooling and lubrication system, also for filter dirt and copper chip, and cool down the lubricating liquid.

Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.

B. Due to Buyer`s wrong preparation that may cause damage to the machine.

C. Due to Buyer`s wrong operation that may cause damage to the machine.

D. Not in the consuming part list.

E. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.

F. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

G. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.
