V. Body structure

1. body structure of machine

The body of machine is ironed cast with HT-250.clearing the internal stress through annealing treatment and fine boring machine.

2. Drive shaft: The material is 45# steel. The shaft axes is processed by HRC25-27,clear the internal stress.

3. Power transmission.According to the correspond speed of each primary drum rotate speed ,the power is transferred by high friction rate flat in between each of the shaft.The spooler shaft has its own motor and inverter,the spooler speed is adjusted by feed back from the tension lever cushion device to the inverter.

4. Transversing device.

Using 100W low speed synchro motor, stabilization, guarantee excellent appearance.

Adjust method of the breadth: Use the adjust bolt to control the position of the limit switch,maximum breadth is 370mm

5. Bobbin loading &unloading:

The cone is locked by left-hand thread bolt to fast the iron shaft, the moveable block and oblique board under the spooler are provided for installing and uninstalling reduce the worker's job.( Which can be designed according to the dimension provide by the user). The fully sealed cover has transparent screen and low voltage light tube to monitor the reeling condition. A 55# spanner is provided for installing and uninstalling the shaft.

6. Brake protecting:

The Taiwan famous brand solenoid brake will automatic apply braking when the line is broken or the inverter tripped.

The bobbin is full of wires,the machine will lower the speed in 60 seconds,Braking automatically to prevent the wire breaking.

7. Foot switch

When wire pointing, to control the machine runs in a low speed(about 100meters/minute), It is also can be use as an emergency stop if any thing wrong when the machine draws wire.
