V. Lifting the machine, installation, adjustment

5-1. Lifting, there are four lifting rings to lift.

5-2. Installation, please check the external drawing and foundation drawing of the machine, dig the ground, put the machine in position, check the horizontal level, adjust the ground screws, put concrete slurry, after dry and fix, check the horizontal level again, then fix the machine by the ground screws.

5-3. Adjustment, clean all parts, check all the part no loose.

VI. Preparation before working

6-1. Check all parts lubrication conditions,

6-2. Check drawing lubrication oil, cooling water, steam, air pressure.

6-3. After checking, connect to power, according to the Electrical drawing, use foot switch, to make the machine operating in low speed (under 4m/s), if no Abnormal, then can begin to work.
