• Full Strut Coil Ties are one of the most economical and versatile form tie systems available. They are commonly used with self cleaning Coil Rod or Coil Bolts.
• Coil Ties are strong, resistance welded ties designed for medium and heavy forming applications .
• Coil tie products are available in two or four struts, with screw-on plastic cones and water – resistant versions.
• 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/4” diameters are available.

Features

• Economical and versatile form tie system
• Can be provided with different capacities and almost any length
• Can be provided as plain or mechanically galvanized
• Coil Thread is self cleaning and ideal for dirty jobsites or use in concrete formwork

• They can be made by electricity welded or hand weld ,for small sizes like 1/2 5/8 3/4" we can make by butt weld or resistant weld ,buy for bigger size like 1' 1 1/4" we have to do weld by hand.

How to use the two strut coil tie :

the coil ties will fix with two coil cone plastic cone made by pvc material,the coil cone size is 1/2*35mm

the coil bolt and plate washer will also fix to them on the formwork plywood panel in concrete
