Cake display case , it is three - sided glass food display case ,
which features rear removable sliding double glazed doors , is
suitable for displaying cakes and desserts , as well as a variety
of other foods , such as meats and cheeses . This unit features
straight double glazed glass panels with heated front glass , and
the electronic temperature control and display ensure perfect
temperature control . With two adjustable shelves and an internal
stainless steel base , this unit offers you plenty of versatility
when setting up your display .
Particular Information:
1 . 3 sides glass ( front , 2 sides ) are installed with hot air
blowing system , to prevent the glass from misting and water
condensing . It has digital temperature controller and digital
humidity displayer inside and outside of the cake fridge . It has
extra 1 temperature and humidity displayer inside the cabinet ,
which is visible from the front of the cake showcase .
2 . Base marble are covered with stainless steel , which also
functions as the outlet of hot air blowing system and is of
beautiful design .
3 . Back sliding glass doors are covered with heat - reflection
film , free from misting and water condensing .
4 . Base artificial marble is of white Color , and the bottom part
of base goes inside a little bit , Back sliding door frame is of
White color .
5 . 2 up layers shelf are made of 6mm Transparent Glass , bottom
shelf of Frosted Glass , and shelf frame is of simple and thin
