Boiler description
1. SZL (A) type boiler is a boiler model suitable for biomass fuel
fired, there are two drums full of water, has superior boiler
design, environment-friendly, large burning space, three pass
return heating transfer with high efficiency, improve boiler
thermal efficiency, saving running cost.
2. SZL model coal fired travelling grate boiler, with large stove
space. Two drums water tube automatic feeding system coal boiler.
Has more than 20 years life span.
3. Suitable fuel: Rice husk, palm shell, bagasse pellet, wood
chips, coal, biomass pellet etc.
Boiler design advantages

Boiler application industry
1.Food Industry
Industry steam boiler for food & beverage industry is used in the
processes of distillation, sterilization, disinfect, extraction,
drying, and curing, etc. During the process of distillation,
disinfect, drying, sterilization and curing in food processing
industry, industrial steam boiler is the significant heating
equipment.
2.Paper industry factory
In paper processing industry, there are many processes (drying,
corrugating, boiling, etc.) that need steam. For example, steam is
necessary for drying, after squeezing, the paper still contain a
large amount of water (53%~70%), then steam boiler is used for
drying paper, and combine used with the cast iron dryer.
3.Textile Industry
Industrial boiler plays a significant role in the textile industry,
the steam boiler is used for different processes, such as dyeing
and drying, and support the use of resing finishing stenter, dyeing
machine, drying room, and mixing mill, etc. The needed temperature
of textile process is 60~180℃.
