Coal Hot Water Boiler is a new eco-friendly and energy-saving
product co-developed by our company and famous Harbin institute of
Technology and director of Beijing Institute of Light Boiler.By
adopting furnace arch, wing-shape flue and threaded smoke tube
design , Coal Hot Water Boiler have the advantages of high thermal
efficiency, sufficient output and wide coal adaptability.

5.Type:There are two types.One is DZL chain grate stoker feeding
fuel and removing dregs automatically.Another is DZH manual
operation that labors must be here to feed fuek and remove the
dregs in the moving grate.
1. Ejector pipe
F:Increase the flow rate of water on water cooling wall in order to
prevent subcooled boiling
P:To prevent pipe explosion,Increase the reliability of water cycle
2. Wing flue
Function:cut down the smoke temperature inside the high temperature
tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling
Purpose:reduce the thermal load at the bottom of boiler,prevent
tube plate cracking ,prevent convex drum
3. Smoke and dust separator chamber
F:Separate smoke and dust according to inertia
P:reduce the original effluent concentration of soot
4. Optimized design CAD
F:Choose the best furnace from dozens of options
P:improve economical efficiency
5. Return water eject to the high temperature tube plate
F: Improve the flow rate of high temperature tube plate and prevent
subcooled boiling
P:prevent the tube plate cracking
Packaging & Delivery
1. Nude packaging for boiler mian part and wood box packaging for
boiler accessories.
2. Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack
container and 40 flat rack container to load it.
3. All goods will be reforced after packing into containers.
4. We have stable shipping company to cooperate. They will confirm
the safty of the goods.
5. Shipping way is different according to customer's country.
