1. It uses the vertical layout; the boiler structure is compact and covers small area,

which has simple requirements for the boiler room.
2. The boiler can quickly boost and its start-up time is short. In the normal temperature
condition, 3-5 minutes can generate steam.
3. The installation is very convenient because the boiler proper can be assembled in the
factory and we have complete supporting facilities.
4. It is the tube plate structure, and never has the boiler explosion accident, so the safety
performance is wonderful.
5. With comprehensive temperature display function, you can more easily grasp the
operation condition of the boiler and the system.

1. The “Once-through steam boiler” is formed by the designed and arrayed long tubes.
2. The feed water pump provides water from one side of the tube,and the water becomes the needed steam from the upper box after flowing heating water section, evaporating section and superheating section in the tube. It is different from vertical water tube natural circulation boiler.
3. It does not have drum. This kind of boiler is composed of boiler host(including the upper and lower box and tubes) and the outside steam-water separator, water pump, combustor.

Transport & Delivery

1. Nude packaging for boiler main part and wood box packaging for boiler accessories.
2. Generally use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load the boiler.
3. All goods will be fixed after packing into containers.
4. We have stable shipping company to cooperate for long term. They will confirm the safety of the goods.
5. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea. Some country by train.
