Rubber hose steel wire is high-carbon steel wire plated with brass which used for enhancement of hydraulic rubber hose, it is a kind of skeleton material of rubber hose. Its diameter range from 0.2mm to 2.4mm which respectively used for steel wire braided hose or wire spiral rubber hose.

Steel wire for hose reinforcement is also called hose wire, brass-plated steel wire, rubber tube wire, or brass rubber tube wire. Brass coated steel wire(hose wire) is manufactured according to BS, ASTM, EN, ISO or customers requirements. It is widely used as reinforcement layer of the rubber hose, and wrapped plastic hose in the form of braid or spirally wrapped(spiral hydraulic hoses).

These high-pressure rubber hoses could sustain high pressure and high impact, and the hose mainly used for intelligent machinery and other industries hydraulic system, such as enginering machinery, mining, aviation, ocean, oil exploitation and some other special occasions.

Packaging Detail:
Inner: Plastic B60 or BP60 spools
Outer: Carton fixed on pallet.
48, 60 or 72 spools in a carton or as per customers' reqiurements.

Delivery Detail:
Shipment within 30 days after receipt of L/C at sight or T/T.
