Boiler features and advantages

temperature tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling. With
this case, you will save thermal cost, as the higher thermal

Boiler application fields
1. Food Industry
Industry steam boiler for food & beverage industry is used in the
processes of distillation, sterilization, disinfect, extraction,
drying, and curing, etc. The boiler should be clean and
environmental protection, so, it is better to use the clean energy
as the fuel, such as natural gas, biomass fuel, and electricity.
The suitable boiler could be horizontal type oil gas fired fire
tube boiler, biomass fired chain grate water tube boiler.
2. Brewery/Brewhouse
In brewery, steam is used for drying green malt,
gelatinizing/saccharifing raw materials, boiling wort, fermenting
beer, and pasteurizing bottles. Otherwise, hot water is also used
for sanitization. Generally, the steam boiler with 0.5ton~2ton
capacity is enough for a brewery, while, based on the production
ability, the steam capacity is a little different. Yuanda Boiler
provides various models of industrial steam boiler and hot water
that necessary to the brewery.
3. Textile Industry
Industrial boiler plays a significant role in the textile industry,
the steam boiler is used for different processes, such as dyeing
and drying, and support the use of resing finishing stenter, dyeing
machine, drying room, and mixing mill, etc. The needed temperature
of textile process is 60~180℃. Yuanda boiler developed a wide range
of industrial boilers that could be used for textile industry.
4. Paper Processing Industry
In paper processing industry, there are many processes (drying,
corrugating, boiling, etc.) that need steam. For example, steam is
necessary for drying, after squeezing, the paper still contain a
large amount of water (53%~70%), then steam boiler is used for
drying paper, and combine used with the cast iron dryer.
5. Wood Processing Industry
In wood industry (plywood mill, carboard factory, fiberboard,
etc.), steam is significant for the processes of preservation,
drying, digestion, and hot processing. While, the hot oil also
could be used as the heat transfer medium instead of stem. Thermal
oil heater is a kind of energy saving boiler with high working
temperature (320℃) and low working pressure (0.8Mpa). Within recent
years, thermal oil heater is very popular in wood industry.
