1. Concrete requirements

1) Compactness: Refer to the concrete building strength standard (C25 /4000PSI)

2) Flatness: Using 3m ruler to measure, the error is not more than 3mm.

3) Slop: Ensure the drainage,Horizontal slop is not more than 5‰, Vertical slop is not more than 3‰.

4) Maintenance: The new concrete should maintain no less than 28days, the first 7days should pour water conservation.

5) Crack: the new concrete must cut after pouring water conservation, each part size should be 6X8m. the crack width should be 6~8mm,the depth is not less than 30m

Note: It suggest to build the new concrete ,in case of the old concrete sink ,deformation,or crack too much. the new concrete thickness should be ≥ 80mm.

2.Concrete base processing

1) Cut : The normal crack in right-angle, please cut it in V shape with width in 40- 50mm,the depth in 20mm

2) Wash: Polish the convex and the loose. Clean the floor by water and dilute hydrochloric acid

(concentration: 5~8%) ; Before the next step, ensure there is no dilute hydrochloric acid and the floor is dry.

Note: Marking down the ponding when cleaning, Some projects clean only by water.

If possible, we suggest to polish the base .

3) Primer : Before primer, the concrete base must be totally dry.

Feature: in order to seal the concrete hole, then after buffer coat, it is not easy to delaminating and bubble.

Mixture: open the drum and apply directly, mix nothing.

Tool: Roller brush

4) Caulk : ( After the primer dry, then caulk. )

Tool: Trowel

Buffer coat mixture: 1kg buffer coat (Label: CD002) +0.05—0.1kg water.

Crack ller mixture: 1 kg crack ller (Label: CD201) +0.02—0.05kg water.
