Machine Spagetti Extruded Production Line uses wheat flour, corn
starch, potato starch, etc. as raw materials, and is a kind of food
that is extruded, cooked, shaped, dried, fried, and flavored.
Through different molds, shells, spirals, square tubes, round
tubes, lotus root slices, thorn snails, fat intestines and other
products with novel patterns and unique shapes can be produced.
The products can be directly cooked and eaten, or it can be fried
and puffed to become a crispy and delicious snack. The production
line has reasonable design, high degree of automation and precise
parameter control.

Details of Production Line:
1) Flour mixer: add corn flour or corn dregs to nutritional additives and a
certain proportion of water and mix evenly.
2) Extruder: The raw material in the feeding hopper enters the extrusion system
to produce small spherical particles.
3) Vibrating sieve: to disperse the particles and avoid overlapping and pressing
together after entering the tablet press.
4) Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature is adjusted
by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a
stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be
adjusted according to the speed to remove moisture.
