1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we're a trading and manufacturer combination in printing
hardware solution for 10 years. We can provide OEM / ODM customized
service according to our customers’various application and demands.
2. What is the minimum order?
We accept small quantity as a trial order for standard products.
But we will require MOQ of 1000 PCS for OEM/ODM.
3. Can we get the free sample?
Sorry, generally we wouldn't provide free samples. Please order the
sample firstly for the testing and evaluation. After mass order
placed, you could deduct this cost when balancing the payment.
4. What the after sale service?
a. All our products will be provided 12 months warranty;
b. Help to repair the defective units free of cost in the warranty
period or provide the spare parts with better price;
c. As for the returned defect products, we will fix it and return
to the customers with the next orders for our long term cooperation
clients.
