Pre-paint steel is a corrosion resistant substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish. JERO steel produces pre-painted steel sheets and coils coils by directly applying primer and paint on to steel sheet in a coating line. The finished products can easily be roll formed, bent, and stamped without tarnishing the paint quality.

Prepainted steel sheet can be used in advanced forming operations such as roll forming, bending and deep drawing. It can be worked by cutting, roll forming, bending, folding and so on.

Application

Color coated steel coil are mainly used in building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture. Especially in home appliances, the sheets are mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators,and air conditioners, freezers, and washing machine. Using galvanized sheets or galvalume sheet as the substrate, color coated sheet is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then coating for one or more layers, and funally baking and cooling.

The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of zinc. When the weight is the same and the

thickness of the plating layer is the same, the area of the galvalume steel sheet is 3% or larger than that

of the galvanized steel sheet.

Color coated steel sheet is made by chemical pretreatment, preliminary coating and fine coating, the

quality of the coating is more even, stable and ideal than single spraying or brushing on the surface

of formed metal.
