PRINTED PPGI PPGI Sheet Features
Printed PPGI are mainly used to produce steel wooden doors,
security doors, anti-fire doors, coach, garage, carport and roll-up
doors as the highly processing wooden color sheet. And also be used
in household electrical appliances, anti-scratch door sheet,
telephone booth, newsstand and division plate as the common
patterned sheet.
On generally, they are used to produce steel-plastic sheet,
honeycomb plate, ceiling board and sandwich panel in decoration of
wall and substructure work.

Color Coated Steel Coil
Color coated steel coil are mainly used in building, transport,
home appliances, solar energy, furniture. Especially in home
appliances, the sheets are mainly used as the side door plate of
refrigerators,and air conditioners, freezers, and washing machine.
Using galvanized sheets or galvalume sheet as the substrate, color
coated sheet is made by first going through surface pretreatment,
then coating for one or more layers, and funally baking and
cooling.

Prepainted Steel Coil

What is Prepainted Steel?
Pre-paint steel is a corrosion resistant substrate that has had
paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating
process, which produces a uniform paint finish. JERO steel produces pre-painted steel sheets and coils coils by directly
applying primer and paint on to steel sheet in a coating line. The
finished products can easily be roll formed, bent, and stamped
without tarnishing the paint quality.

Ppgi/ppgl(prepainted galvanized steel/prepainted galvalume steel)is
coated with organic layer,which provides higher anti-corrosion
property and a longer lifespan than galvanized steel sheet.
The base metal for ppgi/ppgl consist of cold-rolled steel,hot dip
galvanized steel,electro-galvanized steel and got dip galvalume
steel. the coating material is as following :polyester ,silicon
modified polyester,polyvinylidene
fluoride,high-durability polyester ,etc.
