Our experienced team of stone selectors selects the most perfectly
formed Crystal ground quartz which are then put together as a
single slab . Our special heavy duty machines then process the
slabs to high luster & fine compaction. Our range of calacatta
slabs are ideal for use as floors, wall cladding material, tables, countertops,
vanities & all furniture applications. They are sought after by stone connoisseurs for their touch of
sophisticated class & subtle elegance.
The unique manufacturing technology allows the combination of
outstanding physical and mechanical characteristics with excellent
aesthetic appeal. At the time of manufacture, quartz crystals are
combined with silica and resin in a vat. The resulting mixture has
the look and feel of moist sand. It is dumped into a form, where it
is molded into the shape of a thick slab in preparation for
entering a vibro-compactor.
Calacatta Giant slabs with dimensions of 3250x600mm (20/30cm two
thickness) under special order with a lead time of 4-5 weeks from
order. It has an amazing sheen on its polished finish, which brings
light to small spaces but also available in a matt finish (know as
Glace finish) for those who seek designs for more traditional
ambience with subtle elegance. We polished the surface three time
before covering the film after QC checked and passed!
