ASTM B188-2002 C11000 pure copper (also known as red copper)
generally has good electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion
resistance and machining properties, can be welded and brazed.
Containing reduced electrical and thermal conductivity impurities
less, trace oxygen has little effect on electrical and thermal
conductivity and processing properties, but easy to cause "hydrogen
disease", not in high temperature (such as >370℃) reducing
atmosphere processing (annealing, welding, etc.) and use. Pure
copper generally refers to a purity higher than 99.3% of industrial
metal copper. C11000 has excellent cold and hot working
performance. Mainly used as building materials, automobile
radiator, gasket, radio parts.
ASTM B75-2002(2010) is the American standard "Seamless copper pipe
standard specification", C12200 belongs to the standard phosphor
deoxidation bronze number. This material has good welding
performance and cold bending performance, generally no "hydrogen
disease" tendency, can be processed and used in reducing
atmosphere, but should not be processed and used in oxidizing
atmosphere. Mainly to pipe applications, can also plate, tape or
rod, wire supply. Used as gasoline or gas delivery pipe, drain
pipe, condensate pipe, mine pipe, condenser, evaporator, heat
