1. The oil ring of the piston rod becomes larger, and oil will drop
in each stroke. The cause is that the oil film is scraped off at
the lip of the dust ring and the dust ring is replaced
2. Oil leakage at low pressure and no oil leakage at high pressure.
The reason is that the assembly surface is rough. Change the
surface roughness to 3.2 ~ 6.3 umry, and use seals with lower
hardness
3. There are two reasons for oil leakage at low temperature and no
oil leakage at high temperature. One is that the eccentricity is
too large, and the other is that the material selection of the seal
is inappropriate, which can be solved by selecting the cold
resistant seal.
