ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the

According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum
alloy ASTM6005
Body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (

5, Pistons
The twin rack pistons are made form Die-casting aluminum treated
with Hard anodized or madeform Cast steel with galvanization.

adjust± 5° At both open and close directions easily and precisely.

8, Bearings & Guides

1. Pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion
turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.
2. Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs
forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is
being exhausted from port A.
3. Air to port B forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs
to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being
exhausted from port B.

bar air supply.
> Bottom drilling complies with ISO5211/DIN3337 to match valve,
interface for the solenoid valve, shaft top end and top drilling
for assembling accessories are in accordance with VDI/VDE3845
(Namur) standard and +/- 5-degree stroke adjustment.
> The actuator body & piston are over 20um hard anodized
treatment and over 100um epoxy coated on end caps which meet ASTM
B117 qualification, over 500 hours salt spread test, no corrosion
on actuator.
> The end cap can be blue, black, grey, yellow etc. As your
