Laser welded stainless steel pillow plate heat transfer plate for
plate ice machine and ice bank water chiller
Brief Introduction
Two sheets of steel are overlapped and welded by laser. Laser ring
welding is used in the middle of the sheet and two laser welding
seals are used around the edge.Injecting high-pressure liquid
between plates makes the plates expand and deform under pressure,
forming a hollow plate heat exchanger with uneven surface.

Application
The Pillow Plate plating can be supplied either calendered and
ready for use, or flat and not inflated if transport costs need to
be minimised.
Dimensions, finishing, couplings and other technical and functional
aspects are decided face to face with the client.
Pillow Plate platings are used in milk refrigeration as well as
drinks and food in general. Pillow plate is particularly suited to
the heating and cooling of tanks.
