carbon steel (mild steel),
Medium and high carbon steel sheets are high quality high tensile
steel,

carbon steel, medium & high carbon steel sheets.
Leveler is heart of steel coil cut to length line, the quality of
final plates mainly depend on the leveler performance.
Thin sheets have small rollers leveler for HRC, CRC, GI sheet, 4hi
leveler has two layers work rollers and 2 layers backup rollers,
the inclined angle between upper rollers and lower rollers is
adjusted as per sheet thickness.
Cold rolled steel strip is made from cold rolling mill, the
thickness reducing is arranged as per thickness and strength of
finished product.
Cold rolled steel sheet thickness usually not so much, below 3mm,
coil width 1250mm, 1600mm, number of slitting is tens of strips(8
strips, 10strips, 15strips, 20strips, 25strips, 30strips,
40strips), after slitting, can go to make steel tubes, studs,
keels, columbs, beams, etc.
One leveler can level sheet gauge of certain range, such as
0.3-3mm, 1.5-6mm, 4-16mm, you can not get perfect sheets of all
gauges from one leveler, when a customer wants to make flat sheets
of wide thickness range on one leveling cut to length line, can
consider two levelers sequentially lay on the line to focus
leveling different range of thicknesses(e.g. 2-12mm is divided to 2
-4mm and 3-12mm, 3-16mm is divided to 3-6mm and 5-16mm).
The cutting shear for carbon steel sheets can be fly shear for high
production or normal encoding shear for daily production. The shear
drive can be AC motor, hydraulic, servo motor. With length
measuring roller feedback, the shear will cut precisely by PLC
control.
