Precautions for replacing the printhead:
1. Don't use a syringe to inject printhead, which may cause the ink
sac to rupture. Print strings of colors.
2. The head of the printhead is very fragile and must not be
bumped.
3. Be careful when installing the printhead.Be sure to cut off the
power first and install it in place. After installation, gently
push the car left and right with your hand to check whether it is
smooth.
4. When connecting the plug cable, do not bring ink, and make sure
that you have good contact with the socket, otherwise it may cause
a short circuit of the printhead.
5. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. You can wipe it
with paper towels and paste lubricating oil. Don't refuel it
directly on the shaft. The excess oil will flow to the printhead.
6. There will be air in the newly installed printhead, so it will
not be printed normally immediately. Only after the air in the head
is completely discharged can the lines be flush normally.
