Main Machine Parts
Touch Screen Control System:
Featuring an intuitive icon-based 10-inch touch screen, this system
ensures ease of operation. Inputting the desired book format and
production parameters can be done directly on the touch screen or
by scanning a barcode. The set-up process is automatically
completed in just 30 seconds at the fastest speed. Moreover, the
control system has the capacity to memorize up to 99 jobs, allowing
for quick retrieval as needed.
Pneumatic Book Clamp:
The pneumatic book clamps simplify the process: just place the book
block inside, and the system automatically measures the book
thickness and adjusts all relevant settings accordingly. A
vibration unit ensures precise alignment of the book block before
the clamps close. For added safety, the system features a double
activation button and a safety light curtain, ensuring high-safety
operation.
Milling Station:
The step motor enables the milling station to automatically adjust
its opening width based on the detected thickness. This
space-saving design integrates milling, notching, and brushing
functionalities. Operators can easily enable or disable milling as
needed using a switch handle.
Adjustable EVA Spine Gluing Station:
Equipped with dual spine gluing rollers to ensure superior binding
quality, this station offers automatic and precise adjustment of
spine gluing length and thickness. Switching between EVA and PUR
systems can be seamlessly accomplished in just minutes.
Independent Side Gluing Station:
Featuring two side gluing rollers with automatic opening width
adjustment by step motor, this station ensures the even and precise
application of thin side glue. With two application discs, the
independent side gluing station provides consistent and uniform
gluing results.
Cover Feeding Station:
Our top in-feed cover feeder design minimizes drag marks, ensuring
high-quality output. The cover scoring position is automatically
adjusted based on the input thickness, guaranteeing precise
alignment. Additionally, sensitive double-feed and miss-feed
detection devices ensure accurate feeding for every cover.
