Description:

This series provide single rod type inside micrometer and has a locking clamp, with diameter of extension rods φ16mm.

The hardened and ground spindle along with a carbide anvil ensure durability and accuracy. Easy to operate and high precision

measurement.

We supply a full measuring range from 50mm up to 1000mm for metric measurement, and 2’’ up to 40’’ for inch measurement.

Supplied with a key wrench in safe case packing.

Our inside micrometers are manufactured critically under ISO 9001 standards and inspected with measuring equipments,

which have been calibrated and are traceable to the national(international) standards.

Precautions:

1. Check whether the zero line is accurate.

2. Wipe the measuring surface of the workpiece clean during measuring.

3. Wipe the measuring rod and anvil clean before measuring.

4. Ratchet device is required when screwing the movable sleeve.

5. Do not loosen the back cover, so as not to cause the zero line to change.

6. Do not add ordinary engine oil between the fixed sleeve and the movable sleeve.

7. After use, wipe and oil, put it in a fitted case, and place it in a dry place.
