Lignin is easily soluble in water, resistant to acid, alkali, salt
and hard water, and has good diffusion performance. It is mainly
used as dispersant in disperse dyes, VAT dyes, reactive dyes, acid
dyes and leather dyes. It has excellent grinding effect, solubility
and dispersant. It can also be used as dispersant in textile
printing and dyeing, wetability pesticides, paper making
dispersant, electroplating additives, latex, rubber, construction,
water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersant, oil drilling, water
treatment agent, carbon black dispersant, etc.

When the lignin dispersant is used in the dye, 50% of the lignin
dispersant is added first and submerged with the dye, and then 50%
of the lignin dispersant is added after reaching the end point.
This is better than one-time grinding effect. In addition, the
effect of adding dye before spray drying and after spray drying is
not much different.
Application:
1. In the foundry industry as a binder in the manufacture of core
and molding compounds in iron, steel and nonferrous casting and in
the composition of nonstick paint, in the production of non-ferrous
metals as flotation reagent and binder for briquetting fine raw
materials;
2. In the oil industry in drilling oil and gas wells, as a reagent
for regulating the basic parameters of drilling muds, as a
component of gelling systems for regulating filtration flows and
limiting water inflow in the processes increasing oil recovery;
3. In the production of refractory materials as a temporary binder;
4. In the construction industry as a diluent cement raw slurry in
the production of cement wet method to reduce sludge moisture as a
plasticizer of concrete and cement, as the plastifying and adhesive
material in the production of gypsum board, chipboard, fiberboard
and plywood as a corrective additive in the manufacture of expanded
clay gravel, as a binder increased water resistance for dust
removal and strengthening of soil in road construction and
transport in the mine workings;
5. In chemical industry in the manufacture of pesticides and seed
disinfectants, in the production of plant protection chemicals as a
dispersant and suspension stabilizer;
6. In the granulation of carbon and porous fillers from powder,
granular materials, charges;
7. In the agglomeration of ferrous metal ores and briquetting fine
coal fractions and special coke, the manufacture of briquettes
silikoalyuminiya;
8. In the production of synthetic tanning agents in the feedstock
