Application of Rubber Air Springs in the Coal Industry
Due to their own performance, air springs are mainly used in coal
production equipment such as coal screeners, vibrating screens, and
coal mills.
1. Application of coal screeners
Coal screeners are one of the commonly used equipment in the coal
production process. They are used to grade coal and screen out coal
of different particle sizes. In coal screeners, air springs can be
used as the support structure of the screen surface, avoiding the
wear and rust of metal parts in traditional support methods. At the
same time, they can effectively absorb the vibration and impact of
the screen surface and improve the screening efficiency.
2. Application of coal mills
Coal mills are essential equipment in the production process. They
are mainly used to grind coal to the required particle size for
subsequent coal processing. In coal mills, rubber air springs can
be used to support and cushion the grinding disc, help reduce the
vibration and impact of the grinding disc, and enable the equipment
to operate more smoothly.
