1. Prepare materials and tools. Including guardrails, guardrail panels, fixing bolts, brackets, galvanized iron wire, etc., and prepare construction equipment such as cranes and pile drivers.
2. On-site preparation. Including foundation treatment, such as building ramps, filling, excavation, etc., to ensure that the road foundation is flat and meets the guardrail installation requirements.
3. Positioning and setting out. Determine the specific installation location of the guardrail according to the design drawings, and draw corresponding lines on the road surface.
4. Drill holes and install the posts. Use professional equipment to drill holes at corresponding locations on the road surface, and then fix the posts in the reserved holes through the drilled holes.
5. Install beams and guardrail panels. Connect the beams to the columns through connectors, and then splice and secure the guardrail panels to the beams and posts.
6. Adjustment and fixation. The connection between the guardrail board and the post should be firm to ensure the safety of the guardrail.
7. Acceptance and maintenance. After the construction is completed, the installed guardrails should be inspected and maintained regularly to check whether the connections are tight and whether there is any damage.
