Installation
1. Measurement and sampling: before sampling, get in touch with the supervising engineer, measure and position according to the drawings, and carry out distance measurement and positioning. The main use of total station to determine the beginning of each section of the pile number and highway axis, and then use a steel tape to determine the specific pile position of each column. After the release, reconfirm the foundation status of each position, and adjust certain positions if there are underground communication pipelines and so on.
2. Concrete mixing: according to the requirements of the owner and the supervisor to carry out the procurement of sand, stone, cement, the experimental work of the concrete ratio, the formulation of qualified concrete ratio, and then mixing with the ratio.
3. Pit excavation: excavate according to the original measurement position and drawings, if the pit position is beside the bridge, it should be staggered by 1-3 metres for construction.
4. Installation of delineator posts: concrete and delineator posts are transported to the site, and the line should be adjusted according to the position of the road line during the construction period, so as to form a smooth line and avoid local concavity and convexity.
5. Adjustment of delineator posts: after installation, every 10 spans of guardrail with straightness adjustment to ensure that the delineator posts and the line of the guardrail is coordinated, and finally positioning.
