The Hydraulic Bailer is a tool used when the pump bailer can not
effectively fishing the debris in the mine. The bailer is connected
to the wireline tool string and lowered into the well. The inner
body of the sand bailer is a sealed chamber of atmospheric
pressure. When the sand bailer is in place, the jar jolts down a
short stroke, cuts the shear pin, and forms a pressure difference
between the inside and outside of the sand bailer. Under the action
of pressure difference, the underground debris enters the cylinder
after the steel ball falls, the channel is closed to prevent sand
backflow.
structural features
The Hydraulic Bailer is mainly composed of an upper joint , a
spring , a spool , a sub I, a cylinder body, a piston , a sub II ,
a sleeve , an impact sleeve , a sub III, a tube shoe, a cylinder
pin, a shear pin, a sealing ring, a steel ball and other standard
parts.
When working, the upper joint is jolted downward, the cylinder and
sleeve connected with it are jolted downward, the impact sleevehits
the piston , the pin is cut, the piston moves upward, the pressure
difference is formed inside and outside the sand bailer, and the
rock cuttings in the well are pumped up. On the tool string, the
steel ball falls and is located in the hole of the tube shoe . The
rock debris pumped up is blocked by the steel ball and retained in
the barrel body to pull out the tool. The cylindrical pin acts as a
barrier to the upward movement of the ball.
NOTE
Tools are directly connected under the wireline tool string.
After the down, quickly hit, forcing the piston shear pin cut,
forming a pressure difference, to complete the sand, the first tool
string.
When using, clean up the rock sand in time, and clean up the
cylinder body.
When not in use for the time being, apply sealing grease on the top
thread, save with a protective wire, and apply lubricating oil in
the cylinder body to prevent rust.
