Main Functional structure of the equipment:

1.Rotary star wheel moving & positioning system : including drive motor, reducer,rotary star wheel moving & positioning device. The Aluminum star wheel support the smooth operation of the spoons/cups;

2.Automatic spoons/cups dropping system : It is mainly completed by pneumatic devices, and the system is composed of pneumatic components,the cup holder, positioning and dividing cup device and other components;Synchronously controlled by sending signals when the template stops action complete.Stable and efficient.

3. Automatic filling system: Adopt step motor driven piston filling system, high filling accuracy, filling quantity can be adjusted;

4. Automatic film release system : It adopts the starting device to automatically drop the film and release the film accurately.

5. Aluminum/PE film Sealing system : It includes heating and constant temperature control parts, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat sealing plate and heat sealing head, and pneumatic sealing motion execution parts.

6. Automatic spoons/cups discharge system : The spoons/cups are sucked out by the suction cup,& sent out automatically.

7.Electrical control system: Control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection, safety

Emergency stop device and other components.

8.Pneumatic system: Pneumatic triplet, electric control reversing valve, air path protection, air path and joint and other components;

9.Equipment material: The frame adopts stainless steel structure, and the external plate of the equipment is stainless steel plate.
