Applications:
It is mainly used for one-color screen printing on flat plastic
drums for wider and longer detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals,
foodstuffs and so on.
Features:
1. Adopts Japan Panasonic PLC programmable controller and
easy-to-use touch screen, which makes the machine operation easy
and stable.
2. Machine speed can be adjusted according to printing needs to
meet different printing requirements.
3. The feeding conveyor of the machine adopts anti-abrasion belt,
which can protect the surface of bottles from abrasion.
4. The flame surface treatment has automatic continuous flame
spraying function, which can meet different printing speeds, and is
equipped with safety anti-tempering device.
5. The drive roller adopts split independent standard roller, which
is easy and quick to repair and replace, and greatly saves the
maintenance cost.
6. Equipped with container inflation and pressure adjustment
function to ensure fine bottle thickness printing quality.
7. Squeegee pressure is adjustable, and the squeegee part has the
function of X, y, Z, z-r direction and angle micro-adjustment.
8. The machine has the function of no bottle no printing, which can
meet the customer's high-speed printing requirements.
9. Independent UV curing oven is easy to detect the waste before
curing and reduce the waste rate.
